Pasadena Haven
We upgraded this 1940s kitchen with new soft closing cabinetry and appliances. We relocated the refrigerator and removed old pantry shelves to create a beverage bar as functional accent that could also serve as a buffet setting.
Leimert Park
This 1920s spanish revival gem was last renovated in the late 70s. We brought back it's original character and charm, from the smooth stucco walls to the Pueblo style hearth in the living room. We used geometric patterns to evoke the elements of the past while bringing it to modern day lines and functional open spaces for today's families.
Eagle Rock
We removed the termite damaged fascia boards and wooden carport over the driveway to reveal the front facade of the house. To make this bungalow feel like a coastal cottage, we replaced it with smooth stucco, with an elegant new pathway and porch. We removed the antiquated curly cue embellishments between the iron rails, and replaced it with clean horizontal lines to give it a fresh modern look.
