We updated this 1940s kitchen with new soft-close cabinetry, appliances and improved storage. The refrigerator was relocated and the existing pantry area was reconfigured into a built-in beverage bar that also provides additional serving space.
This 1920s Spanish Revival home had not been substantially updated since the 1970s. We renovated key interior areas while preserving the home’s original character, including smooth plaster-style finishes, the Pueblo-inspired fireplace and architectural details, while improving the layout for more functional everyday living.

We removed termite-damaged fascia and the existing wood carport to open up the front elevation of this bungalow. The exterior was updated with smooth stucco, a new walkway and porch improvements, while dated ornamental railing details were replaced with cleaner horizontal lines for a more contemporary appearance.
